Job Description

  • Responsible for maintenance program development and planning. Responsibilities include compliance with applicable requirements, developing preventative maintenance and operations procedures and standards. Obtain Subject Matter Expert input and approval, interface with industry and manufacturers and establish standard maintenance schedule. Perform post maintenance reviews and manage maintenance records and associated documents. Develop and manage performance reporting data for Facility Management.

  • Experience and knowledge of implementing requirements (laws, codes, standards, best practices) in technical work documents.

  • Knowledge and ability to read drawings (i.e., mechanical, electrical, structural facility and system drawings)

  • Experience using MAXIMO or similar types of maintenance planning software utilizing modules such as example classifications, specifications, job plans, PMs, routes, start centers, reporting, KPIs, assets, items, hierarchies and work orders.

  • Experience in and knowledge of environmental permitting systems.

  • Experience in and knowledge of hazard identification, awareness, and controls.

  • Experience using/writing maintenance procedures, operating procedures, and administrative procedures.

  • Experience in records management.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Comfortable walking down systems and equipment, consulting with Subject Matter Experts, getting input from craft on how to perform activities, and working in a construction environment.

  • A broad knowledge of building systems and components such as fire sprinkler systems, HVAC systems, architectural systems, waste systems, electrical power systems, cooling water systems, lighting systems, security systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. Advanced degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. A minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional license and/or certification may be preferred.

  • Technical Degree

  • Maximo certification

  • Reliability Engineer certification

  • Knowledge of the following types software:

  • AutoCAD / REVIT

  • Facility Automation software i.e., JCI Metasys
