The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking highly qualified candidates with expertise in engineering and systems science, with the drive to apply their skills to an eclectic mix of national challenges. The qualified candidate will become part of a world-class team helping assess and manage the risk to resilient energy production and delivery, to a sustainable global environment, and to effective national security. The successful candidate will also be supporting others in the development of new sponsor opportunities.
Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the past 24 months or within the next 8 months from an accredited college or university. Minimum overall GPA of 2.5 required.
Bachelors degree in Engineering with 3.75 GPA or higher preferred
The successful candidate will have a range of skills and familiarity with several of the following areas: Software development, technology test and evaluation processes, configuration management and quality control processes.
Past performance must demonstrate attributes of being self-motivated, self-directed, able to juggle multiple projects, and able to work with interdisciplinary teams.
In addition to analytical skills, a successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills and experience in preparing, reviewing, and presenting the results of complex technical reports and recommendation to senior management.
