It’s all about leading out efforts to advance the state of electronic communications and collaboration at PNNL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Office 365 tenants and related technologies. In this role, the Office 365 Administrator will maintain hybrid connections to Office 365 and may manage multiple Office 365 tenants.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities would include:
Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure.
Develop and maintaining Enterprise level configuration and management systems for Microsoft Exchange on-prem, and Exchange Online with focus on migrations.
Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to user access to cloud services.
Collaborate with other IT engineers, including networking, security, and system administrators, to facilitate effective issue resolution.
Provide technical expertise in ensuring the electronic communication and collaboration is secure.
Write procedures and documentation for processes to aid in troubleshooting and review.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 5 years' experience, or master’s degree and 3 years' experience.
Office 365 or any other Microsoft certifications a plus.
Experienced and well versed in all Microsoft environments with 2+ years of experience with Office 365 migration tools.
Considerable knowledge of managing Office 365 and other related cloud solutions
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and it’s interaction with Active Directory.
Knowledge of Office 365 Teams/Groups/SharePoint/Power BI.
Advanced skills managing Office 365 using PowerShell, to run tasks, perform actions and automate procedures
Demonstrated expertise with commercial and government Cloud environments such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft O365.
Understanding of firewall requirements needed for all Office 365 functions.
Thorough working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot all issues with DKIM, DMARC, SPF & DNS.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Exceptional communicator with both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions
A focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
