Job Description

The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking ambitious, high caliber undergraduate students for assignments within the National Security Internship Program (NSIP).

Do you want to be challenged with hard problems in national security, energy, and science and apply cutting-edge research to make our nation safer and stronger? Does developing complex computer code, competing in cyber warfare games, designing new visualizations, optimizing solutions for energy, or working with big data sound compelling to you? Do you want to work side by side with world class scientists?

If you answered yes, please join us as an intern in the Computational & Statistical Analytics Division. We’re looking for smart, creative, and motivated students who have a passion for solving critical national challenges using advanced computational, statistical, and mathematical techniques. Positions are available in Richland, WA and Seattle, WA, based on business need.

Diverse Focus Areas: Your internship will land you in one of six technical groups.
