Job Description

- Provides business advice and services to management and staff ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations, policies and good business practices.

- Monitor, analyze, and maintain requirements for the Property M&O program and verify that they are current and consistent with work that is being planned/conducted at PNNL.

- Work with Line Managers to establish the most efficient and ‘doable’ (from the customer’s view) means of implementing requirements.

- Establish a means of understanding 1) the extent to which owned requirements are deployed and complied with and communicate compliance gaps to line management for action, 2) the overall health of the program including management of risks and vulnerabilities and ability to produce desired outcomes.

- Identify and act on improvements (I.e., fixes, corrections, and desired upgrades) needed to strengthen program performance, enable compliance, and/or manage risks.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' of relevant experience. Advanced degree and 4+ years' of relevant experience. Professional license and/or certification may be preferred.

- Meet the requirements of the Contractor Assurance Management & Operations (M&O) Program

- Risk Management and Controls

- Performance metrics

- Self/Independent assessments

- Extent of deployment evaluations and feedback

- Work with Line Management to develop assessments and corrective action improvement plans

- Manage all aspects of 12 Record of Decisions (ROD’s) and 151 implementations assigned to the Property M&O Program.

- Develops solutions to complex requirements.

- Identifies opportunities and risks and makes solution recommendations to impacted line managers.
